  Bumper was damaged due to sellers inability to ship the bumper with ANY protective wrapping! Absolutely HORRIBLE communication!! It took 24 hours to respond to each email. They offered partial refund and told me to get it fixed and repainted locally. I didn't want the money, and requested a new bumper. They offered me $10 more. I said no. They said they would speak to manager. They denied my request for more refund or exchange. DONT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Overall a fair experience purchasing my bumper. Unfortunately, it did come damaged. Was able to work out a deal with the seller and make the situation right. Better packaging could have prevented the damage from happing from the carrier. Had this product not arrived damaged, I would have been completely satisfied.

  Item arrived damaged. Box and wrapping were in great shape. The grill surround and bulge had major manufacturing defects. Paint chips missing, scratches, orange peel, bulge was warped, etc. It took messaging 4 days back and forth before we agreed on a partial refund for me to keep the item. Still, this item is no good and the seller is difficult to work with. I would NEVER NEVER NEVER purchase from this seller again due to their lack of quality control and their lack of personal responsibility.
