Seller could have sent the adapter instead of trying to give a $15 refund. Had already brought the adapter. Very unprofessional on the sellers part in trying to make it right.     i normally do not rate anyone low until I had a chance to communicate with buyer/seller - In this instance, item was listed new, instead I received a used defective item that did not even powered up. Tried for weeks to settle the case and it was like pulling hair to no resolution, finally had to engage PayPal to resolve the issue - In the long run I lost $$ because I had to pay for return shipment - BEWARE - of the next time you're buying NEW
