    Item arrived suspiciously fast, as if the seller hand-delivered it via teleportation. Wrapped like a national treasure—bit of tape, bit of mystery, all charm. Product was exactly as described, maybe even better. Honestly, I didn’t need it, but now I can’t imagine life without it. Seller clearly operates on a higher plane of excellence. Would 100% buy again, possibly just for the thrill. A+ eBaying at its finest.

    Thomas was nothing but professional, friendly and extremely efficient. There was a problem with delivery via Royal Mail, and Thomas resoved it quickly and I received the package the very next day. Sadly I didn't need the product in the end, so I returned it, as he had kindly included a return label just in case, as per our telephone conversation. Thomas refunded me within 24 hours. I would definitely shop with Thomas again, his service is second to none. Thank you so much Thomas. :)

    Great value, ordered a new extension plug for already owned massager. Black replacement plug exactly as it looked in the photo just as described and in perfect condition, the package could have benefited from a little bubble wrap but that's not a reflection on the seller at all just a suggestion! Speedy delivery and good quality, got my massager going again so my back and neck are happy again ☺️
