    Seller listed the item as an automatic watch and then shipped the wrong item (not an automatic watch but a quartz) to the buyer (me). If the seller does not fix this mistake, then it is a clear and convincing evidence the seller intended to defraud an innocent buyer (me) and the seller is operating his eBay account as a dishonest seller. Also, it will be a clear cut case that eBay allows a dishonest seller to operate his/her business on eBay marketplace. eBay please help me out here
