  Packaging was excellent and quick shipping. However, item was damaged in shipping - lost one of its ears. Seller was fantastic with communications and refunding partial payment and I will see if I can fix the ear. it is a beautiful horse, and box was in great shape. Item was still a good value.   This bottle is spotlessly clean and in perfect condition. Thank you so much for a great transaction. The only negative is just a personal issue. It was packed in Styrofoam which is impossible to get rid of in the area in which I live. Otherwise, the shipping was fine, it was a fantastic item for the cost, and even better than described.
