    Items that were in the photo didn’t come with the package. Seller took a long time to ship and when asked when they were going to ship they told me that same day, but didn’t ship until days later. Some items came broken, I’m assuming from shipping, the bag was just put in a box, no bubble wrap or anything so it make sense as to why some jewelry came broken.

    Buyer left negative feedback on something that was not under my control. My job is to ship the items to usps has soon as the orders are made. The usps carrier takes a couple of days to ship the items to buyers from their end, which I’m not in control of. If buyer was not satisfied with the items received, I could have issued a refund or an exchange. Buyer mentioned items were broken due to poor packaging,it is mentioned in the description that there may be missing parts due to it being a mix lot
