    It took a while to arrive - the seller was responsive and positively communicated with me. It is my first rodeo having a shoe delivered without a box, custom foam inserts or dividers. It worked out for me as the weight cost for customs was less (from UK to Jamaica in the Caribbean). It arrived single-wrapped in plastic, then in a ziplock bag then shipping bag. To my surprise there were no damages or unusual creases. The quality is as described - thank you!

    I didn't get a chance to actually wear my shoes because the wrong size was shipped out to me. When I asked to return the item for a refund because of their mistake they gave me a little bit of trouble due to the fact that the seller lives in China and could not give me a return label. At first they told me to purchase a return label to send the shoes back & they would refund me once they got the shoes but I decided to just hold off until eBay could jump in to help me with my refund. Thanks eBay!
