    Item came quickly, but the seller was not open to negotiating due to one defective t-shirt (had hole on front) in pack of three. They offered 25% refund and was not willing to consider 30% which I thought was fair as one of three was defective. Seller was not prompt with their replies. An “acknowledgement” that my message was received was sent right away, but the actual responses to my messages were not. Some took 3 days. Still have not received my refund after 10 days. Beware.
