  ordered item 336057059418 Qunal CoQ1- 150 soft gels but received bottle with 120 soft gels. Seller said would refund $5.50 for missing 30 soft gels but doesn't know how to issue partial refund or is just stalling. Wanted my bank account etc. No way! Most likely doesn't speak English or what ever. I've tried everyway I know to get this possible partial refund. I would never do business with this seller again

  I've purchased tru niagen for over 6 years this is not from the manufacturer. It is not the same bottle ias shown on ebay, its plastic and its only avail. in a glass bottle, the label is not the same. I was scared to try it returned to the seller and requested a refund. The seller told me i could return but still hasn't refunded me it's been several weeks. I contacted tru niagen and they confirmed this is not the original product they make.
