    I had an initial problem with the plugs/clips that I receive. I wrote a negative review. Although I am not really happy with the plugs, the customer service that I received from this company was beyond excellent. They did a great job on contacting me, and saying in communication with me. They also sent me a full refund. I applaud this company. Although the clips did not work, I slightly modified them and made them work.
