  A NOS pair of vintage Texas license plates was purchased on 4-16, shipped on 4-17, and delivered by FedEx Smartpost on 4-18. Item received was as described and pictured in the listing and was well packed for shipping. Plates were wrapped in parchment paper and shipped in an unpadded envelope which arrived in two days.. This has to be the quickest delivery I have yet to experience from an eBay seller. The care in packing, seller's acceptance of offer, and fast delivery made for a great purchase.
