    Item was new never used. Buyer before purchasing mentioned they had a broken one they wanted to replace with the new one we had for sale. Buyer never messaged us for help instead left feedback instantly. We messaged the buyer and offered them to return the item back but it has been a few weeks and they haven’t sent the item back to us or we have not received any tracking status….
