Bought 6 games from 6 different sellers through Miller and one of the games was incorrect. He was able to return the incorrect game, give me a partial refund and then ship the 5 correct ones to me. He helped with customs declaration and repackaged the games very nicely. Very communicative. Sometimes when ordering from far away, from a foreign language marketplace, through a 3rd party, stuff can go wrong and Miller is great at making sure the whole process works correctly.
