Shipping might seem a bit high, but if bids get over 20$ it's understandable that the economy eBay tracked envelope can't be used, and his quality low starting bid items usually attract many interested parties. He does combine shipping on wins from same day so be sure to bid to win. And don't forget to save him as a favorite seller to receive updates on similar postings.
