  A positive experience BUT - it had never changed from "not shipped" in my purchases UNTIL it arrived and the seller sent me a tracking number. This is strange BUT - three days is EXACTLY the time to arrive to where I am which is good. Item came in a Home Depot box which is also strange. I will recommend seller for it getting here and item is what I really needed. Pretty much GOOD across the board for everything. Thank you.

  A week and a half ago, they sent an email that this was delivered. I went outside, it was not delivered. They either lied about sending it or delivered it to the wrong address. I contacted them several times and did not respond, nor did they credit my account. I had to run out to Walmart and buy the fan. They must have taken it to Place instead of Street, because if was not delivered to me! Do not buy from this seller.
