  Received today.. it turns on and all the settings appear fully functional when putting it on my hand. Condition appears brand new was sealed in its box in plastic. Appearance is as described. Love how it's called a massager on the box😂😅 They also packaged in an enclosed grey wrapper so no one who isnt you sees what's inside.

  This package never turned up, it’s not the only package that didn’t turn up in this time frame. I’ve given it plenty of time for a review (I don’t think we have enough posties here where I live and packages are often delayed by a week or more). Obviously no fault of the seller. I don’t want a refund at all as it’s no fault of the seller. Sorry I can’t be give a more positive review.

  Arrived nice and quick, however it was not sent in a brown box as advertised. Considering the item in question, there could've been an awkward situation had I not been the person to collect the package.
