  When my poster first arrived, it was on time, but the box it came it was damaged and the corner of the poster was bent and there was multiple signs of damage throughout the poster. When I reached out to the seller with pictures, they stated that was not the condition that it was originally sent it. The seller instantly shipped a new poster in a protective tube that arrived in the expected condition. I was very impressed by the seller’s quick response and their willingness to replace the poster.

  It was disappointing. Both switch plates were dirty to the point of being sticky; were not padded so they rubbed against each other in shipping. The stated color description was incorrect. There were not enough screws included; seller response was that he didn't say that there would be any in the description but the plates can't be used without them. He offered a return but I will bring them up to par myself; wasn't expecting the extra work after reading his glowing description.
