    The item arrived as described. It took 2 weeks from the time it was shipped to the time it was delivered. This was not the seller's fault, as UPS delayed shipping, presumably because of their extra shipping load for Christmas holiday. I had to order the same part from Grainger to get it installed on time. Grainger delivered the next day after my order. I always try to give business to eBay independent sellers, but I learned that if a part is needed quickly it may need to be ordered elsewhere.
