L'acheteur accepter d'échanger un boitier en échange d'enlever le negative review mais c'est impossible sur ebay. "Request review". (J'ajoute toujours un papier coller disant "Contactez-moi en cas de problème" et j'y ajoute une 2eme vérification avant livraison).The buyer agrees to exchange a case in exchange for removing the negative review but this is impossible on ebay. “Request review”.
