  Ordered BP machine as stated and product was defective. Facilitated "return" via Ebay website and seller contacted me to cancel "return" and they would send another BP machine at no-charge. "Return" was cancelled and replacement BP received. Again was defective. Seller contacted and again stated they would send another BP machine. I declined and did not want to deal with a 3rd defective product. I asked for an authorization to return all equipment for a refund. No reply by Seller...

  This dealer does NOT respond to emails attempting to contact them. My payment service automatically paid for the item and I was unable to have it delivered to another address even though I tried to contact the dealer five minutes using eBay after the deal went through and then again the following morning. They never even read the emails much less responded. The ink may be fine but I think customer service is important too.
