  Although not overly impressed with the service. Arrived a day later then the 5 day window dates that had been advised. I did send an email.mail requesting new delivery and courier info. They didn't respond. It arrived the next day. The courier service did advise me that they would be delivering that day. However, when the pots finally arrived I was more then satisfied with the over all condition/ size. They'd also been securely packaged. Has I said before, shame about the service.

  Good company. Tray arrived with large holes in packaging and was damaged by Evri. As soon as I contacted the seller with photos, they immediately advised a return, which has now occurred and I have reordered. Hopefully, Evri won't damage this one.

  This purchase turned into a real drama with the delivery company. I contacted the seller and received an immediate and helpful response. We had a few back and forths as we partook in a comedy of errors and the seller was fantastic. He recalled the item and had already sent off a replacement using my preferred courier.
