The address provided gets mail and parcels from Australia Post regularly. So I don't know what the reason was. It doesn't matter anyway, as I've bought a replacement. Their communications were polite enough, but I was disappointed the sale wasn't completed. As far as I know I've received a refund, as this was confirmed by ebay.
