  I ordered this by mistake and had to request a refund since my grandson couldn't use it for his gaming system. The seller accepted its return easily, I don't like doing returns. It did take a couple weeks but I got my refund. I had to reorder the right item and it came quickly! Much appreciated as it was a Christmas gifts. Both controllers I ordered were as described, but only one was what I needed, which was my fault. Highly recommend the seller for great quality products and reasonably priced
