    Professional delivery from this excellent seller, product in a box very well packed with lots of bubble wrap to guard the glass bottle. Royal Mail are supposed to be a reliable courier, but there is every indication that their packets are not protected from freezing temperatures. The seller has been notified accordingly, so that they can consider another carrier, and their response shows that they take such issues very seriously. 5* service.
