  Rápido delivery,antes de la fecha programada , me lo entregaron en la puerta, por lo que no tuve que ir a una oficina a hacer trámites interminables. Los instrumentos llegaron bien protegidos en una caja muy bonita y apropiada. Vendedores muy serios y recomendados .   The item delivered was not what was pictured. Seller did not include all the accessories that were listed in the product description (i.e. carrying case). I contacted the seller and was given an option to accept a partial refund which I refused. The seller then proceeded to give me a full refund.

  placed order on December 27th supposed to ship from sugarland Texas today is the 10th of January marked as shipped on the 27th never has updated tracking trying to figure out what is going on???? all communications have been answered but with no action
