  I paid for adult incontinence pads and never received them. Got a message from seller a couple of days after ordering them saying they had sold out before my order went in and would have more April 7. I told them that was ok. Then got a sketchy message saying my address was “ undeliverable”. My address has Never been undeliverable. I have sent them messages back but have not heard from them. Have not received my merchandise.

  The item is as ordered and came very quickly. The only issue is my misunderstanding that a sling was included due to the picture in the advertisement that included a sling. That was only to show what kind of sling would work and was helpful when I had to order one for the machine
