  This vendor went above and beyond in customer service. I mistakenly ordered a jacket which was too small. After emailing the vendor, they happily sent me another larger size jacket the same day and asked me to return the first one at my convenience. The new jacket fits perfectly!   Great supplier with quick turnaround. First delivery was wrong colour but supplier immediately provided return label and then sent correct colour. Waistcoat is leather - seems to be good quality and perfect condition. Also great value for money. The brown colour is slightly darker than on the advert but the vintage look is bang-on.
