  Great experience buying this unit from Mercers, after the initial delivery of 2 flatpacks one on opening was found to have a crucial piece of the unit with a split that couldn’t be resolved. Mercers were quick to apologise and answered my query within the day offering to replace the split part, which they did. Great customer service! On arrival I was able to fit the piece and complete the project on the day the replacement arrived. Overall the unit suits the price paid and is a nice quality.

  This is the 3rd blanket box we’ve bought, in fact all my furniture has come from mercer’s. This box was missing a fixing, I emailed them and the next day they came back to me stating they’d posted out to me the missing part. No hassle, no quibble. Their furniture is of an excellent finish and reasonably easy to put together due to really good instructions. This company is a definite 10/10 ⭐️

  Really nice quality furniture and great for the price. Delievered exactly when we were told it would be. It was delivered in good condition and well packaged.It didn't take long for 2 of us to assemble. There were a couple of small fixtures missing but I contacted the seller and they dispatched them the following day and they arrived 2 days later. Looks lovely in our room where we have other furniture of the same range. Great product, great price and Great customer service.

  This is the 4th item I've purchased from this company ,this last one is the only one I've had a damaged component. I emailed the company and received a reply straight away my problem was sorted in an instant by Jayne .I wish all company's were as easy to deal with and sorted out problems quickly maybe because they are based in Rotherham South Yorkshire good honest company who sells their products at a competitive price .A big THANK YOU Jane
