  Necklace is as described and pictured. The phoenix design is vividly dark against the shiny steel. The pendant has a sturdy thickness, and the oval shape is gracefully proportioned. Seller shipped it quickly in appropriate protective packaging (tiny plastic bag, little cloth pouch, and bubble mailer). Seller was also very fast and helpful in answering all my questions about the pendant design, the chain, etc.

  THe RING was just as advertised.....but importantly--the First one that was sent, the USPS LOST THE RING, it was never scanned in!!! However.. unlike many internet sales--Mendel corp, IMMEDIATELY packaged up another one and this time the owner PERSONALLY took it to the USPS to ENSURE it got into the system this time and I was able to TRACK it this time from point to point until it was in my Mailbox.
