The seller emailed me saying that she shipped the item in perfect condition. It was damaged and not disclosed. Instead os saying sorry, she did not admit the item was damaged. She complained about the impact of my negative feedback on her business. I sent her a picture of the damage (the leather was ripped by the leg, at the edge). Unfortunately, there isno way I can upload the picture in this review. A sorry had worked better.

I was never notified by the buyer of any issue until i saw the original feedback. i mailed item in perfect condition. She did not send pic of damage.
