    Item arrived damaged; cello and bow floating around loosely in the box. Contacted seller and showed pics, got no resolution. Seller freaked out, opened a claim with the post office before they had the item back and didn’t approve the return even though I had the item ready to go back. Had to open a return with eBay. Now stuck with the doll, seller lost out. Cooperation with returns and proper communication is helpful. Only making this neutral instead of negative because of eBay’s help.
