  Initially we had a mix up with the wrong book being sent. However, the Seller quickly sent the correct book and it was in good condition. Obviously, we would all prefer to never have mix ups or problems, but since they are are a way of life and sometimes can’t be avoided, it is nice to know that there are business/Sellers that do whatever they can to make a mistake right. I recommend this Seller and am very thankful for their good communication and quick resolution.

  Seems a lot smaller than stated size would indicate (bunny plushies do have long ears that "count" towards overall length), poor packaging, has an unpleasant smell, took 3 days longer to arrive than stuff I ordered same day from further away, but that was likely the post office's fault. Luckily no damage in shipping (was just double-bagged, not in a box). Hopefully it airs out. For the price, not worth giving neutral or negative rating. I'm sensitive to smells so again, not seeking a refund.
