When I asked where my parcel was I was told to wait untill the final delivery date which I did and had to go out of to the shops to buy some for then it to say delivered but certainly hasn’t been delivered to me. Seller is useless. We fulfilled our responsibility, and it’s unfair to blame us for issues beyond our control. Have you checked with others in your household who may have received it? Additionally, threatening us with negative feedback in messages is not acceptable. Which has been reported to eBay. We expect fair and honest communication.
