  The item arrived wrapped in thin cardboard and looked like someone used half a roll of packing tape to close it all up. No packing, to cushion the contents, No fragile or handle with care, Upon opening the wrapping and cutting through the vast amount of tape the tabs that hold the light were broken, a dent in the sheet metal body and the solar light won t rotate.
