    I was a little weary about ordering from this seller with so many bad reviews lately. I had 2 items that I was looking at purchasing, but there was a discrepancy between the description and the title of the other item. I sent a message to the seller, and within 24 hours, received a message clarifying that discrepancy. Their answer made up my mind on purchasing this item instead. The next business day, it was in the mail and received later in the week. Item looks & functions as new. Thank you!

    The product arrived in the retail packaging and was undamaged and as described it would have been nice if it was double boxed or in a padded envelope seems to be new but product was not factory sealed so it's hard to tell. Seller has some recent bad reviews so I was somewhat apprehensive but this sale so far has been pretty much uneventful

    Item was shipped quickly and arrived in the expected condition, in full working order. FT1 is a headphone that performs very well in its price category, and this seller's price offered a great value. The item was cosmetically as if brand new, as promised. I did have trouble contacting the seller by message, but if you know that what you are ordering is what you want, this seems to be a good seller to buy from, and I can say from related experience that they refund promptly on returns as well.

    The quality of the packaging and actual BTR3K device was like new. I really appreciate the fact that I was able to receive a like new device with an open box price. I don't have money to be spending full MSRP and this seller delivered. If you ever see an open box device, look at the condition. This person seems to be honest with the description of the device. I'm really happy with it. I've been using it for about a week and no issues. My only complaint was shipping time. It was later than exp.

    Excellent seller! Received shipment which was an open box item and it was as in new condition, no sign of wear. Shipping was really fast, only 9 days from the US to Norway, and I even got free postage! Very happy with everything from this purchase 👍
