    Ebay money back guarantee is a FRAUD! Seller & ebay did not honor the 60 day return - listing stated "seller pays for return label" That is a lie! Instead seller was allowed to partial refund me & I pay for the shipping cost for a item I do not want. Next time buyers just say "not as described" and the problem is solved.
