I contacted them because they had so many listings and prices were all different I just couldn't decide. They were fast to respond and withing 30 minutes they had put together a new listing for me with the machine and attachments to fit well under my budget I gave them. Everything arrived way before estimated time.

    Seller was great had an issue and it was resolved quickly .. arrived in about 5 days...warranty is from China so your on your own basically. Had a pin hole hydraulic leak in a cylinder on the weld, manufacture says they will send one but their out of stock. So not expecting that to arrive. Believe all the videos and reviews. Main hydraulic lines were loose and several bolts.. machine works and better than a shovel. Parts are hard to get. Knew what to expect when purchased?. Overall satisfied

    I was impressed with how my questions and concerns were answered promptly. I felt more at ease with purchase and delivery logistics. I purchased the excavator that included hydraulic thumb, Briggs and Stratton engine, and free attachment rake. The rake was delivered in perfect condition the next day I got a call that the excavator was an hour away and we made arrangements for me to meet the truck on a nearby road close to my house. The shipper and the driver were very helpful. Great machine
