    The product was delivered in an open box only condition and appears new and never been used. The seller was very timely with packaging and sending this item. I’m very pleased with the pricing and the quality. Had a one day delay on delivery, due to the USPS, and I was not able to track the package. I did contact the seller and I was informed that the package was being delivered today and it was. Thanks. I would work with this seller anytime.

    As described and shipped quickly. Did notice that the box appeared to have been opened and the smaller boxes inside for charger and battery appeared to have been opened. Contacted seller who explained they charge the battery up fully before shipping to make sure battery and charger work properly and that battery will be fully charged for customer. Saw is brand new and powered up fine with the battery. Fast and good communication for my questions. Thank you!

    Ordered Brown, color delivered is gray. Packaging was previously opened and all signage indicating color was torn off box. Front display opening of product on box was covered with cardboard so item was hidden, and not visible until delivered and opened by customer. Seller was aware of discrepancy before delivery. Dishonest, not happy with purchase paid in full.
