    The hat came exactly as described - a bit crushed, but that was in the description and I love the honesty - in a box nicely labeled "fragile" that was nearly crushed completely flat on one side because the post office can't read. Obviously the seller took all precaution with shipping, so it wasn't their fault! They shipped the hat extremely quickly and despite the post office's best efforts, it arrived safe and sound. I'm very pleased!
