  The telephones were well-packaged and arrived in very good working condition with all their original parts. Despite being listed as new-open-box, the handsets had minor signs of usage that only became apparent upon closer inspection. Based on the seller's excellent reputation, I doubt this was intentional; just a simple oversight.
