Welcome to the McKittrick Fine Arts eBay Store! I am Michael McKittrick and have lived in Santa Fe, NM since 1997. I grew up in Bradford, PA on the NY/PA border. I became interested in art in high school through presentations by my French teacher on French art from 1850s to 1920s. My senior year at Colgate U. I was in the London Study group. I toured art museums in London and on the continent. In Bradford I created an estate sale and appraisal business. In 1987 I moved to Pittsburgh, PA , worked as an auctioneer and appraiser for Dargate Auction Galleries. then moved to Santa Fe. Mostly I sell a variety of art, sculpture, and photographs on eBay. Santa Fe has many consignment stores. I consign furniture, rugs and larger items to some of the stores. I enjoy the Santa Fe art scene including gallery openings, museum shows, and this Saturday 8/16/25 I will attend the Santa Fe Indian Market. Please send me any questions about my eBay listings.     SELLER WAS IN A RUSH & ONLY SENT THE BOTTOM CORNER OF THE MAT. I WAS BUYING THE ENTIRE PICTURE, MATTED BY THE ARTIST. THEY CUT THE MAT OFF TO FIT IN A $16.95 FLAT RATE PRIORITY MAIL BOX FOR $50 SHIPPING. I WAS BUYING IT FOR THE CHOUINARD HISTORY AND NELBERT CHOUINARD SIGNATURE INFORMATION ON THE ORIGINAL MAT. I WAS HORRIFIED TO SEE THIS HISTORIC PIECE RUINED. SELLER GAVE ME A PARTIAL REFUND, BUT IT DOESN'T MAKE UP FOR THE DESTRUCTION. THEY OFFERED TO SEND ME THE REST OF THE MAT? WHO DOES THIS?
