All 3 orders, the product has been excellent quality; great price; beautiful in appearance and arrived just as described in the ad and in great condition. I have been very pleased. This last order, the product was good quality, again, a great price, but the product was NOT shipped until AFTER the date I should have had it. Seller did NOT reply to 3 mails I sent to his two different email addresses.

    Product description was accurate. Seems to be high-quality made in US as advertised shipping time is ridiculous. Took about two months to get something in an envelope contacted seller. He seemed disinterested and non-apologetic seller shipped item from Florida to San Francisco California when I live on the East Coast, I would recommend seller to use a new method of shipment for at least a little better customer experience
