    Highly recommend this vendor. Package was shipped immedidately and was new as advertized. I received the wrong size on a humidifier I ordered. They bent over backwards to correct the problem. Responded immediately and corrected the problem instantly. This is what customer service should be and sadly lacking in so many companies. These people deliver what is promised and then some.     Player arrived in good condition which was a relief because it was quite a bit later than expected, no fault of the seller but tracking showed USPS sending it back all the way across the country after it had actually arrived at the hub close to my location. When it did finally arrive the box was seriously compromised and seemed likely there would be damage. But in fact the player works perfectly. I suggest the seller put more effort into packing.
