    The phone case arrived in fair condition but was warped, bent, and misshapen, making it a poor fit. It was also missing the stylus as advertised. The seller promised to send the stylus but weeks later, nothing has arrived. When I requested a replacement, they simply said, "we accept the refund," but took no further action. Despite additional attempts to resolve the issue, communication has been minimal and no resolution has been provided. Overall, the experience has been disappointing.

    For the price it's not no name brand otter box . But it is a protective case and that's all I needed ! Also my pictures aren't the greatest but you get the hint . The case does what it's supposed to and it comes with a screen protector . It's hard to describe material but it's like a silky rubber . It's nice . And tbh , it came fairly quickly ! I'm not upset one bit about this product . 5 stars !! Highly recommend this seller !
