  The Ethan Allen Georgian Court bookcase arrived today in excellent condition! Ethan Allen furniture is of reliably high quality. The shipping was remarkably fast, due to good fortune of the timing with the shipper. The bookcase looks lovely, just as pictured. Although it was comparatively expensive, I consider it to be of good value at the price. Excellent communication with the seller, who is highly recommended!

  There was a bit of a miscommunication, on Ebay's behalf, not the seller's. On checkout page, it stated that there was no shipping charge. In fact, the seller did state that there was a shipping charge to be paid by purchaser on arrival. Ebay did not communicate that in writing at time of purchase. Vendor refunded purchase with no problems. Would buy from this vendor again. Trustworthy.

  I'm so sorry you misunderstood about the shipping charge. We do mention in the listing in two areas that shipping is not free and is paid by you directly to the shippers. They are separate from our company and that saves you money! I also discussed it through email and on the invoice I wrote a note explaining again how shipping is handled. I'm sorry it didn't work out. We wish you well!
