  Slow to receive probably because they order from China but don't explicitly state it, they also sent me a ring and said it was accidentally shipped instead of the correct product. The ring would appear to be cheap chinese merch. Anyhow, overall they did send me the new controller but it took awhile and I lack a little trust in them.

  This seller lies about how long it will take for delivery. You are fooled into thinking that the items are in the USA but instead he has a person who lives in the states ship a trinket and tracks the package until it is about delivered and then contacts you and says that his shipping department shipped the wrong package but keep the item since it was their mistake. He gives you another tracking number for the original product that was really shipped from China and now you are out 4-6 weeks.
