  The hat is in mint condition. It is absolutely flawless! The packaging was also secure to keep it from getting crushed which I really appreciated since it it a gift for someone. And it arrived significantly ahead of schedule which was great!!! The product was even better than described. The listing mentioned a used hat but I think it's actually new and unworn.
