Additionally, I was contacted by the seller, who informed me that it was an honest mistake to send me the wrong item.     Reasonable shipping, good packing, description noted a battery was included, it was not, the AMD Pro WX7100 video card was not functioning. Replaced the card & replaced a broken cable to the card with 100% new items, it now works as it should. Emails were answered, vague unhelpful answers.

    When I initially received the product I was... disappointed the SSD was bent, I thought the SSD wouldn't work and I was very upset thinking I was scammed the SSD did work however I let the seller know that I was unhappy with the damage. The seller asked for a photo of the damage upon sending a photo of the damage to the seller. The seller was more than happy to send out a replacement they didn't even want a return they told me I could keep it or discard it they sent me a new SSD free of charge.
