  I’ve dealt with a lot of sellers on eBay and 99% were great experiences. I think this seller tops my list for the most honest and professional. I purchased a Snap-On sliding breaker bar to complete my set and agreed to the selling price and shipping. I wondered why my payment showed pending after using PayPal. A day later I was issued a $5 + refund. The seller did not have to do that but did. Shipping was fast, well packaged, price was fair and tool was accurately described. Great transaction.
