By far the WORST eBay seller on this buying platform! I returned the pillow top that was advertised wrong. I returned the item and The seller received the item a week ago and still hasn’t processed the return! I’m currently on the phone with eBay to get my refund! This seller sells products that aren’t advertised as they claim to be and is very unprofessional with the business aspect of selling! On top of that the seller requested proof of shipping info and still didn’t do anything! Grade F+++++

The worst seller I ever worked with on E-Bay. First, I received an empty package as it was open and my purchase was gone. I contacted the seller and was told it was my problem! They also told me they do not ship empty packages! After many messages back and forth with pictures I was asked to send the empty package back to them. The seller sent me a UPS label and I did as they requested. The seller then says they never received the empty package. And cannot trace it. Never any big effort to help!

After the estimated time of arrival had passed, I contacted the seller to let them know I had not received my order. The seller sent another one immediately, no questions asked. I received the second item a couple of days later, and it was just as pictured and advertised. A recommended seller, and I’d order again!
